Dunmore New build

This new build family home, was designed for a family of 6 who love the outdoors. The house was designed to be as practical as it is beautiful. maximising the floor space with four bedrooms, two en-suite. A large family bathroom, Utility with wet room and a large family-kitchen-dining room. It even comes complete with outside shower for beach days.
Using Irish vernacular architecture as inspiration the house is simple in its execution, but with modern elements throughout. Built to almost passive standards, It is a bright, modern and practical family home.
Designed to sit seamlessly into the Irish countryside whilst giving its new owner comfortable modern living.
The home was to provide the perfect balance between indoor and outdoor living on the beautiful wild Atlantic way.
I designed, obtained planning and also designed the interior of the project to completion.
