About me.

I established Sharon Brown designs in Mourneabbey, Mallow, co.Cork in 2015.

Having already over 20 years experience with as the designer for a top bespoke furniture company in Cork the natural progression was to establish my own interior design business. Since 2015 I have succesfully completed some beautiful residential and commercial projects. I offer small services such as single room layouts to full house redesign. I also can provide commercial, hospitality design services having been involved in some wonderful Hospitality projects since 2015.

About Me:

Art and design has always been my passion, my father was a stonemason and I grew up surrounded by building projects. I was always redesigning something from my dolls house to my bedroom. After graduating from Crawford college of Fine Art & Design, I started working for Bespoke Furniture and Interior company Linehan's Design in Cork city. 

Alongside custom kitchens and fitted furniture for the residential , the company was also involved in many commercial projects, Including Hotels, Bars, restaurants and retail units.

Whilst working at Linehans, I successfully completed 2 years of Regent academy of courses in Interior and Advanced Interior design to add to my portfolio, with city and guilds qualifications.

In 2015 after the arrival of my second child, I  decided to take the step of setting up my own interior design business.

Since then I have been involved in some wonderful projects and have grown a good team of suppliers and tradespeople.

I take a very personal approach to my work, I include our clients in each step of the process to ensure that the work is exactly what they had in mind.
