Clonakilty Park Hotel

The brief was to redesign the hotel interiors to make the property bright, modern and unique yet keeping the cosy, welcoming, family friendly atmosphere.

Using the beautiful local natural environment as inspiration and using local trades, craftsmen and suppliers, the finished product is a unique, welcoming, elegant property with that wow factor.

This brief was achieved by using bespoke custom made pieces through out with strong yet natural colours inspired by the seaside town of Clonakilty and its rich market town heritage.

Clonakilty town is know for its bright buildings and its friendly welcome and we wanted to echo this in the Hotel.

The use of floral patterns and natural materials has become the signature look of this hotel.

Since the completion of the lobby and reception design , I have completed, Twist Bar and bistro, also completed a makeover of the coffee dock. In 2021 I completed the redesign of the Park cinema Lobby and party room. 2022 saw the beginning of the bedroom makeover with 26 bedrooms completed, the remaining rooms are currently being redesigned and will be fitted out in  the coming year.
